How can you become an “Optimist?”

Over the past few months, many of us have challenged ourselves as individuals to be optimistic and stay optimistic during a global health pandemic. As a society, we are still trying to figure out what life looks like in the new normal. With an increased amount of uncertainty around us, it’s easy to forget not to be scared, but it’s even more of a challenge to be optimistic.

Siemens USA has been at the forefront of America’s response to COVID-19 and its recovery. Today, we launched a Podcast titled: “Optimistic Outlook,” hosted by Barbara Humpton, CEO of Siemens USA. Barbara will interview guests that are experts in their respective fields and will discuss how digital tools can spur innovation, transform industries and our built environment, and help develop a more sustainable, resilient community.

The national conversation surrounding America’s infrastructure has always focused on fixing our crumbling infrastructure and funding these critical improvements. But in this podcast, Barbara Humpton will take a more in-depth look and focus on how reinventing infrastructure can also help address societal challenges.
