It’s referred to be one of the largest tech events in the world: The Web Summit, an annual technology conference usually hosted in Lisbon. This year, for the first time, it is totally virtual. The conference takes place from 2nd – 4th of December 2020 with up to 100,000 attendees.
As every year, Siemens is one of the main sponsors of this event.
From how to manufacture your own bicycle helmet through Additive Manufacturing, over creating a blueprint for future smart cities at Expo2020, to doing the hard work and fight for diversity – our leaders will be hosting roundtables and masterclasses to show our commitment.
As Web Summit brings together the people and companies redefining the global tech industry we want to talk with leaders in different fields about what it means to #transformtheeveryday and why resilience is more important than ever. At Siemens resilience has always been the key to overcome challenges since the day of our foundation. The year of 2020 has shown us how important it is to be flexible and to be fast to adapt. With our roundtables & masterclasses we want to start conversations around topics & technologies that touches all of our lives.
